The MC9RS08KA1 adds design flexibility to its reduced cost benefits by offering more Flash and RAM than regular low-end solutions in an ultra small package. Its applicable in all kinds of consumer goods from childrens toys and toothbrushes to speakers and lighting systems. Plus it makes design-in easier through integration and protection with its ability for low voltage programming, system protection, and analog control. Low cost option for voltage monitoring and other simple logic circuit replacement. RS08KA microcontrollers are general purpose 8-bit devices for the ultra low-end market Featuring RS08 architecture, RS08KA devices are specifically crafted to be more efficient and cost effective for small memory size microcontrollers.
